It will be a very useful tool for self-claimed middle class or the beneficiaries of government program who seem to be confused about their own in the system.
So, the middle class in the US do not fight/campaign for Buffet Rule to persuade their president into it. Rather, things go the other way. President is ready to die to preserve a policy that serves interest of 99%, such as Obamacare and abandoning tax break for corporate jets or subsidy for oil industry.
I wish Korean people acted upon self-interest, particularly when casting a vote.
